Paul Glandorf (Arjen Lucassen (live), Semistereo, A Day's Work, a.o.)

• Live lead & backing vocals

Live vocals will be in the capable hands of Paul Glandorf.
He will form a double front with Eva Kokken. Be prepared to be blown away by these two!

Paul will sing the songs he recorded on the album as well as several other songs.
Paul has one of the best and most recognizable voices of the Dutch progressive and symphonic rock & metal scene. As a frontman he has many years of experience. Paul fronted A Day's Work and toured with them as support of the great Marillion in Europe. Paul sang lead and backing vocals with none other than Arjen Lucassen of Ayreon on several acoustic gigs. Right now, Paul is overwhelming audiences as frontman of Dutch rockers Semistereo who released a brand new album in 2017.

Eva Kokken (Only Fate Remains, Trisomy, Ramshackle, a.o.)

• Live lead & backing vocals

Eva Kokken performs lead and backing vocals live.
Eva forms a double front with Paul Glandorf. Be prepared to be blown away by these two!

Eva is a graduate of the famous Rock Academy of Tilburg The Netherlands, class of 2006. In the same year she joined Dutch symphonic metallers Only Fate Remains (then called Trisomy) with whom she performed on many gigs as a frontwoman and with great bands such as Epica, After Forever, Delain, Autumn and Stream of Passion. Shortly after the release of their album 'Breathe', they started working with none other than Mr. Sander Gommans of After Forever and HDK for a new album.

Bas Willemsen

• Live guitar

Bas is the driving force behind Alarion and will be playing guitar in the live formation. Check out the Alarion biography or the musicians page for more about Bas.

Michiel Glas (A New Dawn, Asthenia)

• Live guitar

Michiel Glas will be playing guitar live. Michiel is best known as guitarist of A New Dawn, with whom he has performed and recorded since 2008. With A New Dawn, he has shared the stage with the likes of Epica, Stream of Passion and Autumn.

Since 2008, there have been many A New Dawn releases featuring Michiel, including songs contributed to international compilation albums such as Femme Metal's 'Beauty and Brutality' and 'Demonic and Devine'.

Tom Gorissen (Hymir)

• Live keyboard

Tom Gorissen will be handling the keyboard live. Tom will revisited his former role as keyboardist of Alarion and dazzle all of you with his playing.
Besides Alarion, Tom is best known as keyboardist of symphonic black metal band Hymir, who are about to release their second full-length album, after 2010's very well received album Nyctophobia (check out the opening song: Nightmarish Illumination).

Tom is a guest musician on the album. Check out Tom on the musicians page for more about him and his guest appearance on the album.

Maartje Gorte

• Live bass guitar

Maartje Gorte plays bass guitar in the live formation. Her participation adds to the special flavour of the Alarion live performance, as Maartje was a member of the original Alarion line-up (back when Alarion was still 'Alerion'). Bas asked Maartje to be a part of the live formation, and revisit some good old times by playing music together again.

Luc van den Berge (A New Dawn, Warclash, Bad Temper a.o.)

• Live drums

The drumkit will be the domain of Luc van den Berge. Luc has played the drums for many years in A New Dawn, together with Alarion guitarist Michiel Glas. Luc has played on stages all over Europe, sharing the stage with bands like Leaves'Eyes, Detonation, Ignite, GBH, Street Dogs and Evergreen Terrace. With A New Dawn, he has appeared on many releases since 2010.

Luc is an experienced drummer and musician: besides playing drums in A New Dawn and in thrash metal band Warclash, he also played guitar in Bad Temper, Fist of Fury and others.

Irene Jansen (Ayreon, The Theater Equation, Gary Hughes, a.o.)

• Live lead & backing vocals

None other than Irene Jansen will be performing lead and backing vocals live. Not only will she sing the songs she recorded on the album, she will also perform on many of the other songs the way only she can.
During the evening, she will form a double front with Paul Glandorf.

Erik Laan (Silhouette, Tumble Town)

• Special guest live keyboard

Mr. Erik Laan of Silhouette himself will be making a guest appearance on keyboard during the album release show!
Erik made some beautiful recordings on the album. His guest appearance adds some definitive splendour to the special occasion of the album release show.

Sophie Zaaijer (Cesair, Silhouette (live))

• Special guest live violin

Sophie Zaaijer will be special guest on violin at the album release show.
Sophie is mainly known because of her beautiful performances with succesful Dutch folkact Cesair, with whom she has played for many years. With Cesair Sophie performed at festivals beyond count in The Netherlands and abroad. Sophie has played live guest violin with Dutch progrock giants Silhouette.

Marina La Torraca (Avantasia (live), Phantom Elite, Highlight Kenosis, a.o.)

• Live lead & backing vocals

Marina La Torraca performed lead and backing vocals live.

Marina has released several albums worldwide with different projects. Marina replaced than Amanda Somerville at several Avantasia shows in 2016. Moreover, she is the lead vocalist of new dutch metal band Phantom Elite, launched by Sander Gommans, known as the man behind After Forever and HDK.

Eelco van der Meer (Stream of Passion (live), Phantom Elite, Ex Libris, a.o.)

• Live drums

Eelco van der Meer played the drums. Eelco has played in many bands since 2001. He is perhaps best known for his work with Ethereal (releasing the album Pendular, 2014) and Ex Libris (on the album Medea, 2013), band of Xandria vocalist Dianne van Giersbergen.

Eelco is the drummer of new dutch metal band Phantom Elite, launched by Sander Gommans, known as the man behind After Forever and HDK. Eelco has toured as drummer of Stream of Passion and Cirrha Niva, to name a few.
